Position Summary

We are currently looking to reinforce our travel team in Kloten(ZH) with an experienced Travel Specialist.

Main Responsibilities

  • Flight, Hotel and Car Rental bookings based on company and client requirements including the communication to different internal and external offices as well as client offices

  • Assist Crew Coordination/ Dispatch to ensure Crew travel requirements are met (including pre-VISA and other special authorization letter preparation)

  • Coordination of all travel arrangements related to Crew training with training department and various ATO’s

  • Crew travel monitoring (monitor airline movement and coordinate within Dispatch / Flight Ops Team)

  • Manage internal and external Travel and Dispatch related invoices

Minimum Requirements

Desired Characteristics

  • Multiple years’ experience in the field of international / business travel as a Travel Agent

  • Good knowledge / skills in Travel Agent tools such as Sabre or Galileo / Amadeus and MS Office

  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)

  • Team player, customer oriented and communicative personality

  • Flexibility regarding working hours (partly public holidays)
