Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of the management fleet

  • Important link between clients/crews and our management

  • Communication with Airport Authorities worldwide in relation to landing and overflight permissions

  • Compilation of computer and ATC flight plans

  • Communication via SITA & AFTN systems

  • Organization and communication of the ground handling of our aircraft

  • Organization of crew rotations

  • Compilation of crew briefings

  • Supervision of charter clients and fleet during the night shift

  • Working in the 24-hour shift operation

  • According to internal list "Dispatch Jobs"

Minimum Requirements

  • Dispatcher vocational training/technical apprenticeship

  • 4 years of work experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of dispatching processes and procedures

  • Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledge
