Position Summary

This position is responsible as a single point of contact for EMEA.

Main Responsibilities

— Acting as single point of contact for full- and partial managed aircraft

— Coordination for the aircraft portfolio and operation in coordination with all Jet Aviation Business Jets departments and lead-captains.

— Acting as company representative primarily for existent- and future English-speaking clients

— Participate in regular calls and client’s meetings

— Acting as liaison between customer and Jet Aviation Business Jets Operations on a 24h/7d basis including trouble shooting support for operational issues

— Sustain a sustainable and trustful relationship between the customer and Jet Aviation Business Jets

— Coordinate accounting related matters

— Analyzing internal processes / procedures, issue feedback and check in coordination with stakeholders for any client specialties

— Continuously review and improve client satisfaction

Main Responsibilities Cont.

— Ensure a pro-active, positive, and consistent communication with customers and vendors

— Meet with customers incl. key influencers regularly to make sure customer expectations are

kept on the highest level

— Continuously review and improve client satisfaction

— Inform involved teams about customer expectations or changes to be noted and followed

— Find business opportunities and involve relevant departments

— Oversee aircraft phase-in/phase-out and client onboarding and offboarding

— Ensure client retention, serving as a trusted Advisor on all matters

— Communicate to clients any requested data reporting, monthly activity reports or statements,

cost overviews, budget calculation

— Provide an excellent service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and

complaints

— Resolve customer and vendor inquiries or complaints effectively and communicate/discuss

with internal departments if required

— Support customer needs, providing materials and guidance as needed

— Ensure customer complaints are taken seriously and resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements

— High School Diploma

— Extensive practical experience in aviation industry

— Proficient English language skills

— Good communication skills

— Common courtesy and customer orientation

— In depth knowledge about aircraft operations.

— Knowledge about the aviation industry and competitors.

— Ability to work flexible schedules

— Two years’ related experience in Account Management in the Aviation Industry
