Abbott Digital Learning Developer in Zwolle, Netherlands

What are you responsible for?

The Digital Learning Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of engaging, customized, and innovative digital training courses. In this role, with a passion for creating digital training content, you create value added digital training courses for Abbott employees all around the globe.

You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and the Supply Chain Academy team to translate best practices and business standards into high quality and engaging eLearning courses as well as other forms of digital training. Always keeping the end-users in mind.

Your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Design engaging Digital learning materials to support business outcomes.

  • Coordinate, manage and execute all necessary aspects of digital Learning development.

  • Design and build Digital Learning materials while incorporating stakeholders’ feedback.

  • Present recommendations for improving the learning experience.

  • Create eLearning via Articulate Storyline/Rise.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ensure final project deliverables are produced at the highest quality.

  • Collaborate closely with project sponsors.

What kind of knowledge and experience do you bring to the table?

  • You have at least a completed HBO education.

  • You have good communication skills, both in Dutch and in English.

  • You have knowledge of statistical and quality improvement techniques.

  • You have experience in applying quality tools such as Root Cause Research and Risk Management.
