*Your new responsibilities *

  • Provide support in project management and lead own marketing and communication subprojects for Fire Safety Products and Systems 

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing, communication, and event projects on a global scale

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product Management, Sales, Corporate Communication etc.) and regions worldwide 

  • You are responsible for assisting in the production of marketing materials and literature 

  • Your duties also include updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases

  • In addition, you help the marketing managers prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders 

*Your skills *

  • You are studying business administration, marketing, or communications and have completed at least four semesters 

  • You have ideally gained initial professional experience in a corporate environment or have worked in marketing-related areas (e.g. an internship or as a working student) 

  • Very proficient in the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects) would be a plus

  • Excellent communication skills combined with effective project management abilities are among your strengths 

  • You are a dynamic team player who is open to feedback and willing to continuously learn 

  • A passion for marketing and communication in an industrial business environment is paired with an international mindset 

  • Business-level proficiency (written and spoken) in English is a pre-requisite in this role; German language skills are also a valuable addition 

  • Start according to alignment for at least 1 year
