Senior Product Manager PH / CNS / VOT

In this multifaceted role you will improve the growth of some of our key products by crafting and building high-class commercial strategies, developing outstanding marketing tactics and actions to achieve committed business objectives. By analysis of market trends and internal critical metrics, and by translating insights into impactful actions you will enhance business impact. By owning the cross-functional CVTs and by partnering and close collaboration with colleagues from Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Business Excellence you will build cross-functional brand strategies.

Your portfolio consists of different products, with active promotion in the field of treatment resistant depression and pulmonary hypertension. Together with your team, you also will manage relevant activities concerning our established portfolio (VOT). In addition, you will actively contribute to the IBVT and MSM (Mid-Sized Markets) networks, representing the local interest, sharing market expertise and providing insights. Leadership of your marketing team and talent development as well as close cross-functional teamwork will be a vital part of your role to ensure success of the business unit. You will be responsible for financial planning and product budgets (NTS, OPEX etc.). By living and role modelling full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles you will preserve trust and reputation towards our HCP, collaborators and patients using our products.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable and ownership of strategy, development and execution of business plans based on market insights with the Country Value Teams (CVTs) in line with the IBVT strategy

  • Leading the marketing functions and developing successful individuals which are living a go-together and go-beyond approach

  • Tracking and reporting the business performance, identify deviations and recommend operational and strategic options to improve the commercial performance.

  • Responsible for local commercial projects, such as innovative omnichannel customer engagement campaigns, development of sales material, congress presences, market insight generation projects

  • Leading the cross-functional team (Sales, Medical, HEMAR, Business Excellence) and engaging with other functions as required to implement strategy and improve growth

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, such as health care professionals, associations to continuously supervise the environments and find opportunities and threats as well as responding with actions.

  • Contributing to the EMEA commercial strategies by providing local market expertise, sharing best-practices

  • Driving accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making, innovation and empowerment to the lowest level possible

  • Accountable for full compliance of all CVT plans and activities with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in with demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong business acumen with innovative thinking, critical thinking and analytical skills

  • High degree of integrity, collegiality, team spirit and team-oriented leadership to build a trusting team atmosphere

  • Accountability and excellence in execution

  • Winning, driven demeanor and fun to work in an impactful team
