  • Beratung von multinationalen und nationalen Unternehmen bei der Standortsuche von Gewerbeflächen in der Deutschschweiz

  • Vertretung der Unternehmen bei Verhandlungen mit Immobilieninvestoren

  • Erstellung von Immobilienstrategien inkl. Markt- und Standortanalysen

  • Durchführung von Finanzanalysen (DCF)

  • Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von neuen Mandaten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

  • Studium mit einem erfolgreichen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss (FH/Uni) oder SVIT-Immobilienvermarkter bzw. Immobilientreuhänder

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Mietervertretung oder Immobilienvermarktung,

  • Immobilien Asset Management, Corporate Real Estate, Banking and Finance

  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Offenheit, kommunikative Fähigkeiten, guter Teamplayer, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten

  • Analytische Denkweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Fähigkeit

  • mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu betreuen

  • Deutsch auf Muttersprache Niveau C2

  • Verhandlungssicher in Englisch (mind. C1 Niveau), Französisch oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Mitgliedschaft RICS/SVIT von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)
