Ingersoll Rand is momenteel op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer .

Werkgebied: Zuid Nederland

Functieoverzicht:

Als Service Engineer verzorg je het periodiek onderhoud / reparatie / revisie / retrofit aan de persluchtinstallaties bij klanten. Vooral toegespitst op Rotary/schroef compressoren.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bij klanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de persluchtinstallaties op vlak van:

  • Diagnostiek en reparaties

  • Preventief onderhoud

  • Inbedrijfstelling, revisie of retrofit

  • Je verzorgt het klantencontact op een professionele manier, geeft advies, biedt in overleg met kantoor oplossingen voor verbeteringen etc.

  • In deze functie onderhoud je contacten met:

  • Zowel technische als andere medewerkers om een duidelijk zicht te krijgen op de specifieke werkzaamheden die nodig zijn de installatie optimaal te laten werken

  • De coördinatoren om ervoor te zorgen dat alle diensten onder contract worden uitgevoerd tot in de details

  • Je zorgt voor een tijdige aanvraag van reserve onderdelen zodat je steeds voorzien bent van het juiste materiaal

  • Dagelijks doe je de administratieve opvolging van je bezoeken bij klanten en je zorgt dat deze binnen 5 dagen behandeld worden

  • Je verzorgt de input van de gegevens in de Ipad en Siebel-database

  • Je houdt rekening met veiligheidsvoorschriften op de sites indien nodig meld je mogelijke of feitelijke incidenten van gevaarlijke aard. Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen zoals deze gegeven zijn in de Veiligheid & Gezondheid wetgeving.

  • De werkzaamheden zullen in Nederland (regio Zuid) maar eveneens in België plaatsvinden.

Kwalificaties:

  • Technische achtergrond in één van deze disciplines: rotary equipment, elektronica, plc techniek, koeltechnicus A en F-gassen diploma

  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de persluchtindustrie

  • Je beschikt over ervaring met elektrische/mechanische systemen

  • Vlot gebruik van het Nederlands en Engels is een plus

  • VCA / NEN3140 gecertificeerd

  • Time management / Communicatieve vaardigheden / Flexibel / Stressbestendig

  • Rijbewijs B

  • Je bent bewust van de impact op kosten, zoals bij lokale aankopen, reis- en overnachtingskosten

  • Zowel in team als zelfstandig kunnen werken
