Responsible care
 Collaborate to the employees and supervisors on the implementation and improvement actions in their workplace/areas to meet the EHS standards established according to the applicable company, corporate and mandatory EHS regulations and requirements.
 Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the Cluster.
 5S management.
EHS preventive measures and objectives
 Collaborate with the employees and supervisors so identify and correct potential hazards according to the applicable company EHS regulations and standards so as to recommend improvement actions to support meeting the EHS requirements.
 Coordinate reviewing new /existing products, equipment, and processes for potential hazards via studying the work and EHS requirements to identify conflicting technical objectives, unsuitability of standard procedures etc. Provide initial recommendation to the parties involved on the modification needed.
EHS education
 Prepare training/education need analysis via interviews/questionnaire as defined by the supervisor and consolidate the feedback/inquires to propose schedules, programs and target groups to help strengthen the employees’ awareness on EHS.
 Collect EHS suggestions and imitate actions for suitable suggestions.
 Collect and inform employees the EHS practices, experience/lesson-leared and requirements.
Monitoring EHS performance
 Interpret the defined EHS and RC regulations and recommend priorities and actions for improvement, including developing safety work practices and measures with supervisors to monitor conformance through safety and housekeeping inspections in their work areas.
 Coordinate and prepare the internal and external performance audits to ensure the effective realization of the audit activities.
Accident follow-up
 According to the supervisor’s guidance and company requirements, assist in/lead the investigation of incidents/accidents or problem areas to define the root causes and recommend improvement/preventive measures.
Project related EHS tasks
 According to supervisor’s guidance and company requirement, setup the cluster EHS management system including all cluster level procedures and record templates, which will be used during commissioning startup and normal operation.
 Actively involved in the project commissioning and startup behaviors, supervise the execution of EHS procedures during the works, ensure the good EHS performance, achieve the cluster EHS KPI target.
Documentation
 Maintain a documentation system to keep company, corporate and mandatory EHS rules/regulations, communication materials, statistics and reports (e. g . accidents, survey) in order to support processes in monitoring the conformance of company/ mandatory EHS requirements.

Quality
 Support plant manager to maintain the quality system of citral plant. Response for plant’s quality certification system in good condition, available document system to be audited.
 Cooperate with process and QC to review the sampling plan, analysis and solve the quality issue.

 Education: College degree or above, or equivalent as minimum requirement.
 Working Experience: 5+years chemical plant production experience.
 Technical & Professional Knowledge: Major in Chemical Engineering or industrial safety related major, or has the certificate of national registered safety engineer, good English including oral and reading, good communication skill and interpersonal understanding.
