The role you’ll contribute:

The Plant Services Coordinator is an individual with experience in the functions of the Engineering area/organizes daily operations of the department in accordance with the Hospitals’ mission, goals and expectations.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Organizes all daily activities for the department

· Answers phone calls in a timely fashion

· Assigns all PM and CM work orders

· Maintains all Joint Commission and AHCA books to date

· Schedules Environment of Care meetings

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High School graduate or equivalent

· Proficient in Word, Excel, and able to learn PM/CM applications

· Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within certain time frames

· Ability to work cooperatively with health system staff

· Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to change in workload and work schedule

· Valid Florida Driver’s license
