Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Production Planner to join our Equipment Processing Center in Zeebrugge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within the scheduling processes to ensure the timely preparation and shipment of machines to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing

  • Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making

  • Collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport

  • Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays

  • Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution

  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and analyse large datasets

  • Independent, structured, and collaborative team player

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Resilient, adaptable, and hard-working

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Interested in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
