Job Information

Amentum Logistics Management Specialist in Zavzerni, Poland

Purpose: Provides logistical support and research on all maintenance related issues. Administrator for Signal operational reporting groups.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates, conducts, leads, and participates in briefings, problem solving meetings, and Brigade level discussions.

  • Produces maintenance reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.

  • Maintains files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed Power Point slants and Excel spreadsheets.

  • Perform maintenance scheduling to include production schedules for scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance.

  • Prepares, develops and coordinating reports for the Operations Manager or assigned Logistics Management Analyst to meet all program objectives.

  • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across site functional groups including finance, material, and quality.

  • Utilizes reports, charts and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations to small and large groups.

Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • 6 yrs. experience planning and briefing Maintenance and /or Supply, preferred.

  • Must have high-level experience using Microsoft suite; Power Point and Excel to illustrate/develop Maintenance / Supply reports.

  • Previous planning experience in Supply, Maintenance, or Logistics, desired.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
