Amentum Logistics Management Specialist in Zavzerni, Poland
Purpose: Provides logistical support and research on all maintenance related issues. Administrator for Signal operational reporting groups.
Essential Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates, conducts, leads, and participates in briefings, problem solving meetings, and Brigade level discussions.
Produces maintenance reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
Maintains files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed Power Point slants and Excel spreadsheets.
Perform maintenance scheduling to include production schedules for scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance.
Prepares, develops and coordinating reports for the Operations Manager or assigned Logistics Management Analyst to meet all program objectives.
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across site functional groups including finance, material, and quality.
Utilizes reports, charts and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
Must be comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations to small and large groups.
Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
6 yrs. experience planning and briefing Maintenance and /or Supply, preferred.
Must have high-level experience using Microsoft suite; Power Point and Excel to illustrate/develop Maintenance / Supply reports.
Previous planning experience in Supply, Maintenance, or Logistics, desired.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
