Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality [products/services].
Responsibilities:
Set up machinery according to production specifications and guidelines.
Operate machines to produce parts and products in accordance with established standards and schedules.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments to optimize production.
Perform quality checks and inspections to verify that products meet specifications and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Record production data and maintain production logs accurately.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
Attention to detail and quality with a focus on safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and report safety hazards or issues promptly.
Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and equipment performance. Record production data, such as quantities produced, downtime, and reasons for stoppages.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs related to production activities, quality checks, maintenance tasks, and any incidents or deviations.
