ID212557 Job TypeFull-time Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program What to Expect This position will work as a member of Tesla's Engineering Test Team to support vehicle level testing for Reliability and Durability tests performed in-house and at external test labs. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate directly with engineering teams in executing vehicle level tests at various proving grounds. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background in automotive maintenance and testing. What You'll Do Collaborate with test engineers & technicians in vehicle test execution including, but not limited to, test setup, inspections, diagnosis, part retrofits and driving Communicate directly to various engineering teams in status updates and problem solving using various methods (e.g. Email, MS Teams, JIRA) Support various teams within the engineering organization where priorities require General shop maintenance & upkeep Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Time Management: Independently manage your time to successfully complete parallel assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
