Adecco US, Inc. Program Manager Behavior Health Technician in Yuma, Arizona

We are looking to find an Program Manager at our behavioral healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ.

This is a salaried role, M-F 8a-5p

$53,040 plus education and experience.

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma but strongly prefer a degree

Must have inpatient psych experience.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of management exp in behavioral health preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting.

Must have a license and clean driving record

The Program Manager oversees the day to day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/programs. The Program Manager's primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic. The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.
