InsulTech Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrications in Yuma, Arizona

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a top-notch metal fabrication expert to support our growing heat shield fabrication business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the shop floor, solving problems in close collaborations with production staff. Specific tasks include:

  • Press tool development and validation

  • Weld and assembly fixturing

  • Shop floor process improvements and troubleshooting

Skills Required

  • Bachelors degree is desirable but may be substituted with successful industry experience.

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in metal fabrication, preferably in thin gauge foil products.

  • Must have a general understanding of welding, preferably resistance welding per AWS D17.2.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Spanish/English proficiency is desirable.

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
