JOB TITLE: Part-time Teller East

REPORTS TO: Assistant Cashier/Operations Officer

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for handling a variety of teller tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Handles a variety of duties for customers including paying and receiving monies.

Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any concerns to supervisor.

Keeps accurate records of all transactions.

Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions and supports the Companys overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

You may be required to go to another branch if needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong proficiency in pc skills

Professional cash handling experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of people.

Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

Good follow through on projects and deliverables.

Good attention to detail.

Strong sense of customer service.

Some familiarity with cashiering equipment.

Able and willing to continue business skill development.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is sedentary work that requires the following physical activities:

Sitting or standing for long periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.

Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds of currency/coins).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal office environment.
