CTW Development Corporation, one of the leading commercial and residential developers in the Mahoning Valley, is seeking a qualified Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for helping with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

 

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an accounting degree and have interest in applying your skills within a growing organization, we'd like to meet you.

 

Accounting Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

Create and update expense reports.

Process reimbursement forms.

Prepare bank deposits.

Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

Maintain digital and physical financial records.

Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.

Participate in insurance audits.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field

Must be able to pass a reference check

 

Additional Details:

Full-Time Position

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Hours: 8:30am -- 5:00pm

Hourly Wages: $16.00
