In the midst of all of this they will also be doing general farm labor which consists of, hand thinning fruit, picking rocks and other debris, mulch, pruning, cutting shoots and suckers, raking and cutting debris, inserting and removing tree spreaders, pulling and cutting thorny plants from around trees. Hand placement of rodent bait around trees. Operating and maintenance of other tractors and other farm equipment. Cleaning and clearing fence rows and farm buildings. Irrigation ditching, shoveling, hoeing, hauling, ground preparation and other general farm related tasks. Employer expects workers to work with and without supervision. Workers are required to handle and pick up ladders up to and including 20 ft in length and weighing 35-50 pounds. Employees will then help with harvesting crop.
