DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are looking for a 3rd Shift Team Lead to promote a culture of safety, quality, and engagement in our 3rd shift team. You will coordinate daily production schedules, train operators in the use of our ERP system, and coordinate training.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday Hours: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Core Contributions:  * Assist with the supervision of daily work performance for employees including providing coordination, direction, and training in the work.  * Address and coach through disciplinary issues. Escalate to Production Supervisor when needed.  * Create schedules to meet hiring needs.  * Perform product inspections on a regular basis and audit daily activities against standard operating procedures (SOP).  * Ensure overall safety; ensure employees follow proper safety procedures in the completion of daily tasks including operation of powered industrial equipment.  * Train new employees in the general operations of the department; ensure employees complete job training and assist in on-going training and support.  * Conduct inspections, troubleshoot and supervise the repair of mechanical issues with equipment.

Essential Experiences:  * High School diploma / GED OR 4+ years of manufacturing experience  * 1+ years of experience in manufacturing  * Experience using Microsoft Office suite; ERP experience preferred
