Reference #: 3370 RK&K is hiring a dynamic Project Delivery Leader to join our highly respected team in Eastern Pennsylvania.  This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and grow a group of extremely talented Engineers on current transportation projects. This role also includes the opportunity to manage and develop key client relationships As a Project Delivery Leader at RK&K you will work alongside and collaborate closely with one of the largest, most talented groups of engineers and transportation professionals in the industry, for the purposes of planning and designing complex transportation solutions for our numerous public sector clients. Essential Functions: As a key Leader on our team, you will provide a wide variety of leadership and support roles on critical transportation/highway planning and engineering tasks. Job functions include: Lead engineering projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment Review and certify engineering plans, models and documents to meet quality control goals and standards of care Analyze and develop interchange and corridor alternative studies to meet purpose and need and recommend design solutions Mentor junior engineering and technician staff and project managers on management and technical tasks related to transportation/highway designs, safety studies, transportation planning, and traffic operational analysis Prepare and communicate technical information to client and non-technical audiences Manage and develop key clients especially in Districts 4-0, 5-0 and 6-0. Produce and oversee construction documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates Help lead and support regional growth of our transportation services and other initiatives in Pennsylvania and around the company Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Twenty (20) + years of experience in limited access and corridor transportation engineering services with progressive responsibilities including business development and project delivery in Pennsylvania Strong familiarity with current and multiple, various highway design guidelines and software Capacity to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually, including strong technical and proposal writing skills Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field Professional Engineering (P.E.)
