We are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join our Facilities team based out of our office in York, PA. The technician will be responsible for locations throughout the Harrisburg, PA region. The position is full time with a generous benefits package. Earn $20/ hour with benefits or earn $22/ hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option. Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have a Diploma or GED. Must have 1-3 years of Facility Maintenance experience. Consistently models appropriate personal appearance. Assume a quality level of personal and professional accountability for one's own performance. Maintain objectivity in working with Residents, families, staff and customers. Can separate personal feelings from professional responsibilities. Demonstrates the ability to seek out supervision for clarification of issues and to assist with problem solving/decision-making. Has the ability to accept constructive criticism and to utilize feedback.
