Industrial Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift - 822

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a new Industrial Maintenance Technician for our 3rd Shift. Our manufacturing facility is the heart of our operations, where we produce high-quality sports flooring. You'll help our Machine Operators be successful in getting products to our customers by ensuring all of their machines and equipment work well and bringing ideas on how to make them run even better. Internally, we call these role Electro-Mechanics.

Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) Hours: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Range: $25.00 - $36.00/hour, based on experience Shift Differential: additional $2.00/hour

What you'll be doing:  * In our manufacturing plants, you'll be working on our machines that produce sports flooring and all of the supporting pieces of equipment that our employees use in their daily jobs.  * Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime.  * Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best adjustment or repair.  * Collaborate closely with Machine Operators to understand machine issues and leverage their knowledge to find solutions.  * Maintain and repair physical structure to our buildings and grounds, including snow removal, basic plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.  * You'll be working with things such as NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

What you'll bring to the table:  * Associates degree in Electromechanics or related field;    OR an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance;    OR a high school diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience with electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine shop tools  * 2+ years of experience with controls wiring (120/240/480 volts), AC and DC motor drive controls, multi-meter, amp-meter, oscilloscope, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems  * Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a box truck or flat bed with manual or automatic transmission
