The Blueprint (Role Profile) Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for electrical maintenance and repair of machines and equipment in York, PA manufacturing plant. Previous electrician working experience in an industrial environment required. Come build your future with us! Excellent benefits that start on your 1st day - health, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; health savings account; flexible spending plan; and more! 3 weeks paid time off 11 paid holidays The Build (Responsibilities) Install, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility-related electrical power and control systems in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, NFPA/NEC code compliance, manufacturers' specifications, or supervisor's instructions, using appropriate tools or required measuring/testing devices. Follow standard work methods and electrical safety policies to repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Plan layout and perform all required operations in the installation, maintenance, and repair of control systems, programmable controllers, motors, AC-DC motor controls, and any other electrical and electronic equipment in the plant. Program and debug PLC/HMI systems. Properly size and install conduit, electrical wiring, air/water/hydraulic piping, or any additional systems required for proper machine installation according to applicable code(s). Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines. Interpret electrical drawings and prepare sketches for reference and schematic update and make minor wiring layout independently. Plan the work in cooperation with supervision and engineering. Aid in design and installation of new equipment, as needed. Report on feasibility of proposed layout. Direct the activities of assigned help. Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product/service. Report unusual conditions or questionable items to supervisor. Obey all safety rules and regulations. Keep work area clean and orderly. Maintain records as required. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

The Toolbox (Qualifications) Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Working knowledge of 460v, 3-phase power and equipment with an understanding of NFPA 70E and NEC. Understanding of combustion safety equipment and instrument calibration Able to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) including Saturdays as required. Stand and walk continuously for 8 hours, if necessary. Climb stairs and ladders. Lift and carry 50 pounds. Able to operate aerial lift equipment.
