Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Engage in service training programs to enhance mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Keep up-to-date with John Deere and competitive products
  • Adhere to safety regulations while performing work assignments
  • Complete all necessary reports and forms related to work assignments

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic/technician performing service repairs
  • Proficiency in basic mechanical repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural and turf equipment repair
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
  • Valid drivers license required
