Responsibilities:
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Engage in service training programs to enhance mechanical skills and knowledge
- Keep up-to-date with John Deere and competitive products
- Adhere to safety regulations while performing work assignments
- Complete all necessary reports and forms related to work assignments
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic/technician performing service repairs
- Proficiency in basic mechanical repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment
- Basic computer skills required
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural and turf equipment repair
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
- Valid drivers license required
