TITLE: Senior Application Analyst LOCATION: Montefiore Health System, Inc., 3 Odell Plaza, Yonkers, NY 10701 DUTIES: Responsible for overseeing the design, build, and testing, implementation and configuration of Montefiore’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform, Epic, across multiple EPIC community related applications including MyChart, Care Everywhere, Care Link, Telehealth, Haiku, Canto and Rover. Responsible for implementation and roll out of the Epic Care Referral Management, direct messaging, Open Scheduling, Direct Scheduling, Secure Chat, SMS and Geocoding workflows. Lead upgrade based on EPIC Nova Notes (new EPIC functionality), this includes the analysis, project planning, build, testing and implementation of new features and functionality. Resolve incidents and enhancement requests by configuring the system accordingly and resolving tickets in a timely fashion. Conduct presentations to Executive Leadership and senior staff related to Care Connect/Patient Engagement projects and upgrades. Serve as a liaison between Clinical leadership and the Business group to better understand requirements, and implement the appropriate business/technical solution. Provide project support by collecting level of effort/scope of work documentation, financial documentation, project work plans, and other project related documents. Serve as an implementation lead for EPIC integrations such as Notable, Nebula, HealthSnap, InstaMed, OnBase. Responsible for application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support. Review Application analysts’ resolutions, solutions, test plans, documentation and training plans for accuracy, completeness and consistency. Encourage, assist and foster development of co-workers skills and proficiency. Provide customer support on a 24/7 rotating basis. Telecommuting permitted within commuting distance.Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Health Studies, or a related field, and 3 years of experience working as an Applications Analyst within a Healthcare environment or related position. At least 1 EPIC Certification required. Experience must include: Requirement gathering; EPIC System implementation & configuration; Test script creation and QA testing; Experience with clinical mobile applications; Data extraction and analysis; and Stakeholder engagement.
