Countywide Transportation CDL Drivers in Yonkers, New York

Countywide Transportation is looking to hire CDL Bus Drivers for our routes in New York City, the Bronx & Westchester County, we also have routes in Southeast Queens.

*Guaranteed pay for 40 hours but you work 25-30 hours *

Must have a valid CDL A or B with the Passenger Endorsement. Operates special transportation vehicles in accordance with Company, State and Federal Laws and Regulations. You will also be responsible for pre and post trip vehicle checks as per NYS DOT regulations. Reports to job on time and maintains route in a timely and safe manner. Keeps the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and presentable. Presents a neat and professional appearance at all times. Maintains a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, and day habilitation personnel; always promoting company goodwill. Must be at least 21 years of age per state law. Must meet all local and state requirements. Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety-sensitive employee under company policy. Must satisfactorily complete all training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. All of our Drivers work with a Monitor that assists the clients as they travel to/from their homes and the daycare centers.
