Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Manage AHU's(Air Handling Unit) and Chillers- Manage electrical devices/equipment such as transformers and power distribution panels

  • Contact local gas supplier, issue PR and performs gas bottle replacement- Maintains facility equipment, devices according to PM schedule- Filter cleaning, pump overhaul and replacement of lights, security system, fire alarm and so on- Landscape management and dormitory- Regularly inspect the construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings and specifications- Manage 3rd party labors like security guard and janitors

  • Conduct EH&S risk assessment and control Near miss responder through facility service request site- Perform legal training to all employees (Firefighting, sex harassment, Safety, Privacy protecting act, etc.)- Monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local environmental, health, safety and industrial health regulations and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies- Participate in legally required training for firefighting code, refrigerating machine, elevator safety, electrical safety, environmental and health

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Technical Degree or above- More than 5 years of related experience- Industrial Engineer Electricity certificate required- Industrial Engineer Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Machinery preferred- Ability to read and write in English
