Sales Account Manager

Summary:

The sales account manager will be responsible for selling our device interface products (wafer sort and final test ATE interface substrates and PCB boards) to customers in Japan region. This position requires close interaction with our regional customer teams, product managers and other business partners around the world. Duties include driving bookings and revenue to meet business goals and performance. The sales account manager will lead the regional customer teams in competitive selling strategy to win new market share. This role is also responsible for managing customer satisfaction and product pricing negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and account strategy

• Drive the strategic sales process, working in conjunction with partners, internal support teams and customers.

• Well coordination with internal support teams and resources

• Retain and expand company relationships with clients and solicit new business opportunities with prospective clients

• Meet company business goal and increase market share selling

• Creative thinking and great problem solving skill

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• BS/MS in EE is preferred or Engineering related

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in semiconductor test engineering or ATE Interface wafer sort or final test board sales/field application experience

• Proficiency in Japanese. Good command in English

• Strong interpersonal skill

• Capability in leadership and team work is a must

Education

• BSEE/MSEE preferred, MBA a plus

• 5+ years relevant semiconductor industry experience (equipment, test & measurement a plus)
