Nvidia Team Manager, Adapters and Switches ME in Yokneam, Israel

We are looking for an expert, forward-thinking, focused, analytical, and motivated manufacturing engineering manager to take full ownership for our Adapters and Switches manufacturing engineering processes, managing a team of engineers, driving continues improvement in our production lines around the globe. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead team of engineers monitoring the production of Adapters and Switches at our global CMs and ensuring consistency to industry standards and specifications.

  • Assure CMs production infrastructure readiness on site to support Nvidia RBP requirements.

  • Study CMs production line and process. Work to improve - optimization, efficiency and performance, yields increase, and products cycle time reduction.

  • Developing and maintaining team working tools and KPIs.

  • Working alongside with the Operations, R&D and NPI teams on projects & mass production.

  • Travel (as needed) for the business.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ overall years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the semiconductor industry.

  • 4+ years of managerial experience.

  • Seasoned & leader, creative, motivated, phenomenal teammate, and independence.

  • Advance MS Office and Excel skills.

  • Performs well in an intensive and multifaceted environment.
