Nvidia Senior Interconnect Product Engineer in Yokneam, Israel

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our high speed products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. Today, we are increasingly known as the place for getting “End-to-End High-Speed Ethernet and InfiniBand Solutions.” We're looking to grow our company and build our teams with smart people who can join us at the forefront of technological advancement.

We need a creative individual who will help lead interconnect transmitters and products yield performance in mass production environment. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, and capacity, and reduce production costs. What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining high-quality product deliveries to customers by data and failure analysis.

  • Improving Product performance by solving multiple problems with Process\ Mechanical\ Hardware and Thermal teams.

  • Leading high-impact Task Forces and working Groups.

  • Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield).

  • Drive yield improvement, and fix the failure Pareto.

  • Manage Failure Analysis of field and production failures.

  • Collaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability).

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Expert problem-solving and prioritization ability.

  • Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP).

  • Good understanding of circuits.

  • Good software skills, especially in scripting languages.

  • Fast learner.

  • Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.

  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
