, your primary duties will involve setting up the equipment, running cutting operations, and ensuring quality control. Youll work with various materials, following blueprints and process control instructions to produce precise parts.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

  • Operate Saws, CNC and manual Lathes and mills water jet machines.
  • Set up the equipment according to job requirements.
  • Adjust settings based on process control instructions and blueprints.
  • Run cutting operations using pre-made and self made programs.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Safely load and unload materials onto the machines.
  • Ensure proper alignment and positioning of materials.
  • Separate, deburr, and label parts that come from the laser and water-cutting machines.

  • Comply with internal quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished pieces for defects.
