Vontier Cloud Architect in Yakum, Israel

  • Be responsible for all company cloud products’ architecture

  • Design, plan, and implement cloud topologies and technologies according to business and professional requirements

  • Be responsible for creating architecture that will address uptime, stability, redundancy, capacity, optimization, tuning, security, and visibility of our cloud offerings

  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions. Build technology roadmaps

  • Support R&D on cloud related topics

  • Work closely with DevOps to guide correct implementation and deployment

  • Work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Multitask and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams Be responsible for all company cloud products’ architecture

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading cloud architecture

  • A master of Cloud / SaaS technologies on AWS - both theoretically and in practicality

  • Azure & GCP knowledge - big advantage

  • Docker and Kubernetes and other AWS services (SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB...) experience

  • .NET and Core .NET, c# experience. Hands-on code – must

  • Ability to design a scalable system in a multi-tenant environment

  • Experience in Linux and Windows environments

  • A leader - ability to motivate and lead people to success

  • A team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity

  • Very bright, fast learner, independent, and organized, able to work on several projects in parallel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
