Job Details Job Location Yakima - Growing Hope - Yakima, WA Position Type Full Time   Salary Range $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Description Position Summary: This position performs within the Provider Services leadership team to support the development, coordination and implementation of Professional Development opportunities to Early Learning Professionals. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Provider Services Leadership Team to ensure that all Early Learning Training needs are met within assigned contracts. Advocate at the state and local level for professional development opportunities that support the cultural and linguistic needs of all Early Learning Providers within the Central Region. Participates in the state and local meetings as assigned to convey and gather information necessary to effectively partner and maintain relevance in Early Learning field Maintain appropriate level of Washington State approved trainers employed or affiliated with Child Care Aware of Central Washington. Ensure that WA State approved trainers are supervised and mentored to increase their competency and effectiveness. Develop opportunities to support continuous professional development for trainers In collaboration with Leadership Team Members, create and monitor professional development plans for identified staff Provide technical assistance to trainers with virtual platforms such as zoom, schoology, CeCi, etc In partnership with the Early Learning Professional Development Program Manager develop annual training calendars for all assigned Early Learning Programs. Maintain/oversee in-house training registration system. Participate as a member of the Early Learning Department Leadership Team Participate in supervision with the Early Learning Professional Development Program Manager Obtain Train the Trainer Levels within various curriculums as outlined by DCYF/CCA to support ongoing series deliveries to meet contract deliverables. Deliver trainings to Early Learning Educators, as assigned, as a State Approved Trainer to support contract deliverable requirements Develop Curriculum to meet the professional development needs of Early Learning Professionals. Support translation of available curriculums to support implementation/delivery of professional development opportunities for Spanish Speaking Early Learning Providers.
