What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer quality requirements and transfer them to the relevant departments at the company, to drive and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage the quality related customer complaints using the 8D method, focusing on sustainable problem solving and fast response to customers

  • Perform first verification of failure and plan the Failure Analysis with the relevant department

  • Be the interface with different teams to drive customer protection, problem resolution and preventive activities

  • Drive escalations regarding customer complaints for a fast resolution and customer protection

  • Lead and take part of improvement projects to take quality performance and customer satisfaction to higher levels

  • Create reports and dashboards to enable data analysis and improvement of product quality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in a mechanical engineering or electric automatization, or similar industrial;

  • At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality and customer service management;

  • Technical working experience on quality problem solving in the industrial field; experiences with customer relationship management.

Skills:

  • Excellent external quality report writing in English and verbal communication ability;

  • Strong logic thinking, negotiation, and persuasion.
