Description

Under the direction of the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Analyst works with internal departments, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that all warranty claims are submitted with proper compliance, accuracy and timeliness. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay: $19.23 - 28.85/hr (Depending on experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process high volume of warranty claims for multiple locations Coordinate the processing of dealer sponsored warranty claims for assigned fleets Reconcile warranty financial schedules Answer internal and external warranty related questions Assist with warranty training Other duties as assigned An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
