SUMMARY: 

Management Business Solutions is seeking a 

Regional 

Business Growth Manager

 for its client in 

Southeast Michigan (Detroit area).

 This person will be responsible for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and retention of the sales team. The ideal candidate should have expertise and a sales background in the healthcare sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages all facets of sales operations, encompassing territory strategizing, prospecting, client presentations, proposal/pricing formulation, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.
  • Enhances and implements sales training initiatives aimed at elevating effectiveness and achieving greater success.
  • Cultivates and sustains direct pivotal relationships to broaden the sales outreach.
  • Guides the formulation of business strategies and initiatives within their designated territory.
  • Enhances and implements sales training programs to amplify the efficacy and triumph of the sales team.
  • Cultivates and manages a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Acquires proficiency in and conducts both in-person and virtual visits for laboratory result reviews, aiding medical practices with precise data support.

     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in either healthcare or laboratory settings is required.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic markets, medication management, and physician office specialties is strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in communication across all organizational tiers and with external suppliers is essential.
  • Capability to operate from a home office and readiness to travel within the assigned territory is imperative. Residence within the territory is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
