As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze problems, and find appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various departments. This ensures that you can access the necessary resources, gather relevant information, and provide accurate responses to citizens' complaints or inquiries.
  • Familiarize yourself with the payment processes and systems used within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between the citizens and the relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and resolutions related to the citizens' inquiries or service needs.
  • Other duties assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in a contact center or dispatch operations is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience practical exposure to managing and optimizing various aspects of business operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
