Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Operations Supply Chain Plant Finance Enterprise Associate will perform a variety of support tasks in one of the accounting departments. In this role, you will support the accounting team of the company and conduct tasks using standard procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Verify the accuracy of cattle invoices and other accounting documents or records.

  • Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers and customers.

  • Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.

  • Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Assist as backup for other roles

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Proficient computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Live cattle procurement knowledge and/or experience
