Job Description Summary

The systems engineer focuses on image optimization and algorithms development for ultrasound products, including system parameters design, image tuning, image noise reduction, acoustic power control…to meet clinical requirements and safety requirements as well as algorithm development for new features and to improve system performance.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Responsible for image quality parameter design and optimization for Ultrasound product

  • Responsible for ultrasound acoustic field and beam profile analysis, acoustic algorithm simulation and design

  • Responsible for scan sequence and signal processing algorithm simulation and design

  • Responsible for new algorithms design for new features and new applications

  • Responsible for system clinical evaluation to meet customer requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Major in acoustic/physical engineering, electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, signal processing or related area

  • Experienced in C/C++ and Matlab

  • Excellent writing and reading English, good spoken English.

  • Open mindset and easy communication and strong willing on team working

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or above

  • Ultrasound background

  • Acoustic field design and analysis experience

  • Familiar with system level design and integration

  • Hardware noise analysis experience
