Job Responsibilities

  1. Create/change/delete data in SAP when phase in new product or change per request or phase out old product .

  2. Make a monthly/weekly/daily master production plan based on each operation group's production plan.

  3. Timely inform the relevant stakeholders when lead time need to be extended, delivery/stock might be impacted.

  4. Use zoning tool to analyse FG/TG/SFG's inventory, indentify root cause of slow mover/no mover, continously improve the stock level.

  5. Work together with the inbound/import&export/warehouse to reduce the expense on freight/declaration/handling.

  6. Lead ramp up/down of the new codes/old codes.

  7. Lead problem solving in MRBR, late delivery, obsolete inventory, forecast accuracy improvement, goods return etc.

  8. Be a qualified user of the operations planning and inventory planning, who is capable of offering outbound clerks the required training from the central SIOP/global logistics.

  9. Make a workplan of the outbound. Continously improve the outbound process, workflow, SOP to comply with QMS/TF16949.

Background & Skills

  1. Bachelor degree or above.

  2. At least 5 years work experience in production planning or material planning or supply chain management.

  3. SAP PP module is required to use skillfully. MM Module will be considered as a plus.

  4. Fluently speaking and writing in English. CET-6 will be considered as a plus.

  5. Excel, BI and Powerpoint is preferred to use skillfully.

  6. Strong accountability and teamwork.
