Assistant:
Manage HR Head’s schedule in a proper way
Manage HR Head’s travelling
Manage HR Head’s reimbursement
Communication:
- Translate the key messages to Chinese and send it to China employees.
HR Operation:
Be responsible for on/off – boarding process management for assigned scope
Daily operation support included but not limited as monthly attendance check & consolidation for assigned scope
Monthly leave/OT management for assigned scope
Timely probation management for assigned scope
Shanghai Residence Points & registered residence hukou management per actual needs for assigned scope
Annual special working time filing for assigned scope
Announcement management:
Draft and announce HR related announcement for new joins, new promotions and etc.
Translate and release corporate’s announcements
Other HR related announcement assigned
Other tasks assigned by superior.
