Boehringer Ingelheim Supply Chain Specialist (Reporting) in Wrocław, Poland

The position

Looking for a role where you are collaborating in a newly established team and being involved in transition activities? You will have the unique chance to be actively involved in the integration of our Supply Chain processes into GBS. You will not only provide expertise in Supply Chain, but also take part in performance management and development of further innovative processes. Together with your team you will ensure a high-quality service delivery. 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Supply Chain Performance Management Process to ensure data-driven operational competitiveness.

  • You support the creation of reporting documents, e.g., Power Point presentations, based on data extracts from various sources of data and XLS or Power BI applications.

  • You will gather user requirements to enhance the Performance Management process and support the handover to Supply Chain Management Functions for validation, prioritization, and project execution in collaboration with other teams.

  • You will actively contribute to the development of the Continuous Improvement culture within Supply Chain Management. This includes working in a collaborative approach with involved organizations across various IT systems towards the definition, tracking and visualization of KPI's, the analysis process, the reporting and improvement process.

  • You will support preparation activities related to the facilitation of Performance Management. This includes development and contribution to, for example, training material, documentation, data extraction, data visualization, dashboarding, etc.

About our future employee

You should be fluent in English (min. on a B2 level) and have min 2 years of experience in supply chain processes, and data reporting with technical skills in Excel/Power BI, SAP Analytic Cloud tools in an international environment, preferably in shared services, BPO or multinational company.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Power Query, Microsoft Power BI is mandatory – Other tools or languages would be highly beneficial 

  • Very good SAP know-how and working experience with the ERP system, preferably with SAP S4Hana and excellent data analysis skills

  • Team spirit, accountability, and a high communication skill with customer centricity approach.

  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process improvements.

  • Autonomous with high quality awareness, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a diverse international environment.
