Five years ago we launched first Siemens production site in Poland. Factory in Mirków assemblies modern, high-quality control cabinets. Due to our growth, we are looking for candidates for Health&Safety Specialist who supports, together with the Plant Leadership, a safe workplace environment, providing technical expertise in the area of occupational safety and health, environmental compliance, and sustainability.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supervising the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

  • Developing and leading EHS programs, procedures and work instructions

  • Providing health and safety trainings

  • Maintaining of occupational health and safety documentation and reporting of data required by legal regulations and corporate guidelines

  • Participating in internal and external audits

  • Covering an occupational risk assessment in workplaces

  • Leading incident analyses to settle root cause(s), prevention, and corrective measures

  • Organizing and recording of workplace environmental assessments.

  • Controlling of working conditions and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles due to polish law

  • Collaborating with external institutions to implement occupational health and safety activities

  • Working together with all employees to develop, implement and drive health and safety cultural improvements

You’ll win us over by:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Ergonomics, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety-related field; or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company

  • Very good knowledge of Polish regulations and principles of Occupational Health and Safety

  • Proficiency in English enabling daily communication (min. B2)

  • Proficiency in Polish (C1)

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Openness and ease in establishing links

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Proactive attitude and solution-seeking

  • Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail

  • Responsibility for assigned tasks, strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or willingness to develop in the field of environmental protection.
