Boehringer Ingelheim Credit Management Specialist with English in Wrocław, Poland

THE POSITION

Performs and ensures timely completion of credit management activities for Boehringer legal entities in scope for GBSC Wrocław. The role focuses on credit and collections management to support in minimizing financial risk and losses for the organization. This includes credit risk evaluation and assessment for new and existing customers, review of blocked sales order and ensure timely action (approval processing, releasing). Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected considering the various interfaces and touchpoints (Local Teams, Corporate Office, different departments within GBSC Wrocław).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Performs and ensures timely completion of credit management activities for Boehringer legal entities in scope not limited to the following: credit block release, credit risk evaluation, periodic review of credit accounts, minimize the risk of bad debt

  • Supports implementation of new SAP standards for Credit Management and continuous improvement within the credit management area.

  • Manage and perform the regular monitoring (weekly/monthly) of the Boehringer receivables for the GBSC countries by using data prediction applications

  • This transactional service also deals with and issue service requests from/to business partners

  • Performs services for the local countries according to the service level agreements.

About our future employee:

You should speak English language (min. B2) and have around 2-4 years of professional experience in Credit Management / Order to Cash processes.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy or similar

  • Good knowledge in SAP (FSCM experience is a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good personal and organizational skills

  • Capacity for teamwork, reliability and self-dependent
