Obowiązki:

· Obsługa techniczna systemów: HVAC, elektroenergetycznych, hydraulicznych,

wodno-kanalizacyjnych.

· Bieżąca obsługa obiektu, utrzymanie w pełnej sprawności technicznej powierzonej

infrastruktury .

· Diagnostyka i naprawa urządzeń oraz instalacji technicznych.

· Sporządzanie odczytów i raportów dotyczących zużycia mediów.

· Okresowe przygotowywanie raportów opisujących stan techniczny infrastruktury.

· Nadzorowanie zewnętrznych firm serwisowych.

· Nadzór nad powierzoną dokumentacją obiektową.

· Zachowanie jakości i terminowości wykonanej usługi.

Wymagane:

· Znajomość instalacji elektrycznych, elektrotechnicznych, hvac, wod-kan.

· Wykształcenie min. średnie techniczne.

· Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.

· Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej.

· Czynne prawo jazdy kat. B.

· Umiejętność obsługi komputera – znajomość programów MS Word oraz MS Excel.
