As Junior IT Administrator your main tasks will include:

  • Monitoring alerts / errors on servers, applications on a client's environment

  • Treating alerts by following the written procedures step by step

  • Creating tickets and routing them properly to administrator groups.

  • Analysing first level problems for all systems by following the procedures and resolving and routing as

  • appropriate

  • 24/7 shift pattern

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Basic computer literacy and IT knowledge about computer hardware, networking, Linux, Windows
