ASM Global Warehouse Worker in Worcester, Massachusetts

POSITION SUMMARY

Stocks/rotates inventory at all locations on a daily basis

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive and offload product from truck deliveries

· Fills requisitions and enters transfers for all locations

· Rotates inventory practicing FIFO

· Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations

· Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as safe transfer/storage procedures

· Maintains organized and clean storeroom and concessions locations

· Perform simple and food prep/cooking tasks

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires the employee to regularly stand and walk throughout the shift. The employee will also consistently lift items.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· High School Degree and/or GED

· 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Pallet jack and forklift experience preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays, weekends, school vacations and holidays

· Must be able to read, speak and write English

· Must have professional attitude and appearance

· Good language, mathematical and reasoning skills

· Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and product manuals

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

· Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio

· Must be at least 18 years old
