Protective Services Operations Manager - Hybrid - 2 Days in Office Seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Protective Services Operations Manager. The Protective Services Operations Manager works within the Protective Services Department. The Protective Services Operations Manager supports the Protective Services Program Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the Protective Services Department. Assists the Protective Services Program Manager and the PS Quality Assurance and Training Supervisor with meeting compliance, quality, and regulatory measures. Manages the Protective Services Unit in the Protective Services Program Manager\'s absence, as needed. Supervises Protective Services Supervisors and other supervisory and/or direct care staff as required. Collaborates with the Protective Services Program Manager in the development and implementation of internal operational procedures. Qualifications include: Bachelor\'s degree required from an accredited school in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, or gerontology. Three years of experience required in counseling, case work, or case management providing protective or crisis intervention services. One year of supervisory experience required. One year of management experience preferred. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Essential abilities include: Demonstrates strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team skills. Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, all within a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Share Point, Word, Power Point, and Outlook). Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. and have the ability to climb stairs. Salary: \$62,500 (non-negotiable) \ A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment.
