Partnership Employment HR Admin | Payroll Clerk in Worcester, Massachusetts

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin/Payroll Clerk with multi-state experience, excel, and Bambo HR to work part time 10 hours per week. Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week with 2 days in office Job responsibilities: Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 150 employees across multiple US states, review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations Prepare and distribute detailed reports, e.g., labor hours, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual filings and reporting (i.e., 941?s, W-2?s, etc.) Respond to and resolve any inquiries Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in payroll, with multi-state employees Associate Degree in Business Administration/Accounting preferred Strong computer skills, experience using Bambo HR is a plus! Multi state processing experience required Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy around complex data Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter
